Our Community Living services support the clinical and pharmacy needs of individuals with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities. Accreditation is an important part of our commitment to quality care.
Community Living waiver homes in Indiana have earned accreditation from the , an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. The three-year accreditation focuses on an organization’s ongoing commitment to quality improvement and demonstrating conformance to CARF standards in services areas and business practices.
