Adoration Home Health Physical Therapist Drew Crews has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Union City, TN.
Last May, Drew’s team was working to build a relationship with a prior client to better support his current needs. On Memorial Day weekend, the individual’s daughter had called the ambulance three times for falls, and Drew was assigned to go see him.
Drew immediately got in touch with the daughter and made the arrangements to see him each of the next four days. He kept in close contact with other members of the individual’s team, including their nurse, during this time to collaborate and provide the needed care.
The client’s nurse reported back that the patient and his family could not say enough good things about Drew, and they were very pleased with the level of care he provided. As a result, Drew’s team is in the regular rotation schedule for this individual and others at the same clinic. His coworkers are appreciative of his commitment and happy to work alongside him as they provide high-quality support to those who need it.
