ResCare Community Living Site Supervisor Tiffany Coleman has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Fort Worth, TX.
Associate Executive Director Nicole Sampson says, 鈥淭iffany goes above and beyond for the clients in her group home, making it feel personal to them. She ensures their needs are met and trains her staff to do the same. The clients and their families love Tiffany because they sense her authenticity and genuine care.鈥�
Recently, Tiffany had a client who was diagnosed with diabetes while on a hospital stay. Upon discharge, Tiffany made sure she was the one to go to the hospital and get all pertinent information regarding care for the individual so she could update the guardian accordingly.
Tiffany later picked up the client鈥檚 medications and stayed in communication with both the nurse on duty and the leadership team to keep everyone in the know. During a tough situation for the individual, Tiffany鈥檚 organization and coordination helped them to remain calm while high-quality care was prioritized.
